School Cups Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups are a self-delivered one day inter or intra-school carnival based on the exciting T-20 Format. These fast and exciting School Cups provide all students with a safe and friendly environment to further development their fundamental movement and game sense skills through the lens of cricket. Everyone gets a go at batting, bowling, fielding, and wicket keeping no matter their level of experience with the game. School Cups can be run in either a Primary school or High School Setting. To Register for a School Cup CLICK HERE Kim Hughes Shield The Kim Hughes Shield is Western Australia's top tier competition (limited overs format) available to all secondary schools across WA. The 6-8 week competition is held over Term 4 and Term 1 for Years 10-12. Schools can enter only ONE team per school. Nominations open 13 August 2025 (Week 4, T3) and close Friday 26 September 2025 (Week 10, T3). The Grand Final will be held on 1st April 2026 (Date TBC) at the WACA Ground (pending Ground availability). Champions will receive a championship shield and medallions. REGISTER HERE Registrations close on Friday 26 September 2025 Graeme Wood Shield The Graeme Wood Shield is a second-tier competition (T20 format) available to all secondary schools across WA. The 6 week competition is held over Term 1 for Years 10-12. This competition is divided into an A Division and a B Division. Schools can enter up to two teams. * Only one team per division can progress through to Finals. Nominations open 13 August 2025 (Week 4, T3) and close 3rd November 2025 (Week 4, T4). Grand Final for the B Division will be on Wednesday 25 March 2026 (TBC) and will be played on a hard wicket. Grand Final for the A Division will be on Wednesday 1st April 2026 (TBC) and will be played at the WACA Ground (pending ground availability). REGISTER HERE Registrations close on Friday 26 September 2025 WA Cricket School Girls Representative Match – Expression of Interest This match is open to all girls in Year 9-12, to register their interest, for selection in the WA Cricket Schools Girls Representative Match. Teams will be a combine schools' team, evenly matched with the (remove 24) top players selected based on club and school performance. Selection is done through a selection group from High Performance, Community Cricket and selected Schools representatives from the WA Cricket Education Advisory Committee. Trials may be required for final selection. Dates TBC The match will be held alongside the Boys Schools Representative Match (Date TBC). Nominations Open 13 August 2025 and close on 28 November 2025.
