• Chief Executive Officer
    John started at WA Cricket in November 2024 following three years as the CEO of Essex County Cricket Club. A former professional player who featured for England during the 1989 Ashes series, John spent 17 years with the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) at Lord’s Cricket Ground in numerous roles, including elite cricket, membership, facilities, the ground redevelopment and community programs, prior to becoming the General Manager of London Spirit Men’s and Women’s teams.

    Jo started with the WACA in July 2016 with over 25 years' experience working in the sport and recreation industry, at state, national and international level. Most recently, Jo was the inaugural State Manager for the Federal Government's Active After School Communities Program, Manager of the State Government's Physical Activity Taskforce and Manager Regional Services for DSR.

  • GM - High Performance Cricket & Elite Teams & GM - Perth Scorchers
    Kade Harvey joined the WACA in 2014 as Strategic Advisor to Justin Langer for the BBL in 2013-14, and helped the club secure its inaugural championship. Following a successful stint with the BBL side, Harvey was then appointed as a full-time assistant coach with the WACA. Harvey also has an extensive background in business management. Kade oversees the WA Men’s and Women’s State teams, Perth Scorchers, as well as Coaching and Talent Development and Cricket Operations.

  • Chief Operating Officer
    Justin started with the WACA in 2019 and has over 20 years experience in financial management and commercial operations in the retail, travel and foreign exchange industries in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. His most recent roles were General Manager Finance and Administration, Company Secretary of Travellers Choice Ltd and prior to that the Western Australian General Manager of Flight Centre.

  • GM - Customer Experience
    Kerry joined WA Cricket in 2020 to head up Strategy and Risk and was elevated to General Manager of Customer Experience in 2025. A former strategy consultant and people leader in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, Kerry lead the organisational transformation of WA Cricket ahead of the completion of the $183M WACA Ground Improvement Project. Kerry now oversees the teams driving our new community-facing WACA Ground, including Facility Management, Food and Beverage, Events, the Perth Scorchers Institute of Sport and Business, and WACA Ground Museum and Tours.

    Donna joined WA Cricket in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience across a diverse range of industries. Recognised for combining strategic thinking, creativity and commercial acumen, she has built a career transforming brands, driving sustainable growth and delivering lasting organisational impact. Donna believes in the power of sport to inspire, unite and create opportunity. Her focus is on building strong brands, engaged communities and enduring partnerships that support long-term success and grow WA Cricket’s impact in Australia and beyond.
