Superstar WA allrounders and Australia regulars Cam Green, Mitch Marsh, Ashton Agar and Marcus Stoinis were also included on the CA contract list for the upcoming year.

King has featured in 15 international contests since making her Australia debut in January (12 ODIs, two T20Is, one Test), picking up 18 wickets across all three formats.

The legspinner was part of a victorious Ashes squad and starred in New Zealand as Australia claimed their seventh ICC Women’s World Cup trophy.

King took 12 wickets from nine games during the 50-over tournament, equal-fourth in the competition alongside Perth Scorchers teammate and South African allrounder Marizanne Kapp.

Wicketkeeper Inglis, meanwhile, broke into Australia’s T20 team as a specialist batter for the five-match series against Sri Lanka in February, and flourished in the top order.

He has now played six T20Is including Australia’s recent win against Pakistan in Lahore, accumulating 179 runs at 35.80 (strike rate 145.52).

Inglis is also on the fringes of the Test team, having travelled with Australia throughout the Ashes and during their historic tour of Pakistan.

Both King and Inglis, alongside Marsh, were important to the Scorchers’ triumphant WBBL and KFC Big Bash League campaigns, respectively.

Green has risen to become the nation's premier Test allrounder, while Marsh, Agar and Stoinis are important members Australia's white ball teams.
