Fresh off a 2025-26 season that saw records tumble, Western Australian fans don't have to wait long for the next chapter.
Two of Australia's fiercest rivals are heading to Perth Stadium, with England and New Zealand bringing white-ball and red-ball cricket back to Perth.

For a fifth consecutive season, the NRMA Insurance West Test kicks off a marquee Test series, and this year it's New Zealand under the spotlight.
The Kiwis return to Perth for the first time in nearly seven years, with the Test running Wednesday 9 to Sunday 13 December.
It's also the first time the two neighbouring nations have met in a Test on Australian soil since the 2019-20 series, which fittingly also started in Perth.
Before that, England arrive for the opening match of a three-game One-Day International series on Friday 13 November. Less than a year after Perth hosted the first Ashes Test of 2025-26, the old rivals are back in the 50-over format.
It's back-to-back summers Perth has opened the ODI season, following the 42,423-strong crowd that packed out the Stadium for Australia vs India last year.
Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg said:
"Perth Stadium has quickly become an enormously popular cricket venue and we're confident there will be more big crowds there this summer.
"The West Test has become a must-attend fixture on the cricket calendar and we're looking forward to a very competitive series against the Kiwis.
"I'd also urge fans to get their tickets for the One-Day International against England which will be part of a fantastic white ball showdown between the old rivals.
"Thanks to the WA Government, Perth Stadium and WA Cricket who have put enormous energy into promoting cricket across Western Australia."
